The first two weeks of our Summer Apprenticeship Program are all about mastering essential technical skills to build game prototypes in project teams! From programming and digital art to 2D and 3D modeling, and even music, our Summer Apprentices are getting hands-on experience in every aspect of game design. Thank you to our amazing program staff for guiding and inspiring our Summer Apprentices through this journey. Your expertise and dedication are shaping the future of these young creatives and builders. Simcoach Games’ very own Jack McClain always does an amazing job leading the project teams and helping them bring their visions to life! Exciting News! We're thrilled to announce the kickoff of our 2024 Summer Apprenticeship Program at Simcoach Games! This year, we're welcoming 40 talented, young adults who will embark on a six-week journey into the world of game design and development. They will be mentored along the way as they make game prototypes for players to learn through play. Throughout this Registered Pre-apprenticeship program, our Summer Apprentices will tackle real-world problems using video games, all while gaining valuable hands-on experience working with industry professionals in the company’s studio environment. Plus, they'll be honing essential soft skills for their future careers. Welcome aboard, Summer Apprentices! We can't wait to see the incredible creativity and innovation you'll bring to the table.
