As a certified behavior analyst, Pat’s clinical expertise has assisted in opening 10 behavior focus group homes for adults and children and the only behavior focus day training program in South Florida. Her extensive yet diverse experience in early childhood, adult services, program development, and team building, along with her positive leadership style, have made her a well-respected leader in the South Florida community. Pat is active in local, state, and national professional organizations, serving in a variety of board and community leadership roles which include board member/treasurer of the Nonprofit Executive Alliance of Broward, Florida Association of Rehabilitation Facilities (FARF) board member. Helping Adults with Autism Perform and Excel (HAAPE) board member, Special Compass volunteer.
