Bright blue, tried and true ✨ Have you heard the original story behind this door?? 👇🏼 By looking at this photo, you'd never be able to tell that this restored historic villa was once an abandoned apartment complex in Minden, Louisiana. That is, until SimplySouthernCottage.com swooped in with her magical touch! Bringing this building back to life included the whole nine yards: revamping it both inside and out – designing each room, decorating the patios, ditching the old doors and of course, deciding on new ones. Each entry features a brand new Simpson, either painted or stained. (We. Were. Honored.) It's hard to believe they were built in 1931, vacant since the 80s, then made brand new in 2022. We came across this special order exterior prehung Simpson door while wandering the last few rows of our #DockWalk and caught this before trucks got loaded! Customer ordered a Fir flat ¾” 3-panel with shaker sticking that was 20 min fire rated, along with the exact jambs, hinges, a white weatherstrip… and Reeb delivered! Literally! #DockWalk #ReebDoors
