CHEBOYGAN AREA SCHOOLS in Michigan faced the challenge of an aging elementary school and district-wide infrastructure needs. They partnered with our Midwest Community Engagement team to invite and foster community stakeholder discussion, communicate improvement benefits, and help pass a tax-neutral referendum. SIQ supported the district in conveying an important message to the Cheboygan community: a successful referendum is an opportunity to create safer, healthier spaces for students, staff, and community members. Renovation improvements include resolving East Elementary's long overdue indoor air quality issues, adding 7,400 sf of new learning space, safer and secure building entries, and more. Since 2022, we’ve partnered with #multifamily owner Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC to install EV charging stations across their nationwide portfolio of properties. Most recently, our #EV implementation team completed the installation of 30+ ports at Mill Creek properties in Oregon and California. This brings our partnership total to nearly 100+ ports installed across 10 of Mill Creek’s multifamily properties. Mill Creek is a great example of a #CRE owner who is meeting tenant demands for on-site EV charging amenities by centralizing their rollout plans. We can help you do the same. This week, K-12 customer Great Valley School District (GVSD) debuted its brand-new 5/6 Center with a dedication, followed by an Open House. SitelogIQ was the construction manager for this robust $75M+ project of 185,000 SF new construction.🏗️ Families and community members throughout Chester County, Pennsylvania had the opportunity to explore the district’s new school for elementary and middle school students. The new school will provide the district with relief as its student population continues to climb, accommodating up to 900 students.
