🔦 Project Spotlight We’re excited to share our recently completed Block 37 Georgetown project! Sixthriver designed the architectural shell, along with interior lobbies and restrooms, for this 19,497 GSF mixed-use building in historic downtown Georgetown. This three-story structure complements the historic district, overcoming challenges like integrating into a two-story-dominant area. What started as community resistance has now transformed into appreciation, as the building blends seamlessly with its surroundings. A huge thank you to our amazing team and partners! From initial renderings to the final result, the design stayed true to its vision—blending modern aesthetics with warm, inviting details to strike the perfect balance between credibility and comfort. Key design elements include: ▪️ A thoughtfully planned layout with flexible spaces for collaboration, heads-down work, and confidential conversations. ▪️ Sleek, minimalist furnishings paired with warm wood tones, rich textures, and muted color palettes to enhance sophistication and approachability. ▪️ A stunning reception area featuring floor-to-ceiling glass with greenbelt views, clean lines, soft seating, and natural light that sets the tone for the rest of the space.
