Sixth Street Real Estate has partnered with Aimco to provide $56 million of preferred equity for the development of a luxury waterfront rental property, located at 560-640 NE 34th Street in Miami, Florida. The development represents a significant step in expanding Sixth Street’s multifamily footprint in the U.S., while partnering with Aimco, one of the nation’s premier multifamily developers. This investment marks Sixth Street Real Estate’s 13th multifamily transaction, providing over $350 million of preferred equity into the growing multifamily sector.
