Attorney Amy Dieterich Speaking at the Maine County Commissioner Association Annual Convention https://lnkd.in/gbfBDviQ Attorney Amy Dieterich will be speaking on the topic of Employee Coaching and burnout Prevention at the Maine County Commissioner Association Annual Convention. Attorney Dieterich will lead an interactive discussion for supervisors, department heads and anyone who oversees or works with municipal employees about how to communicate effectively with employees to manage their performance and encourage them through difficult periods in municipal government service. In today’s competitive employment market, it’s more important than ever to maintain good communication with employees to encourage their best performance and retain them through the sometimes-turbulent municipal work environment. We will discuss how to retain high performers, encourage employee growth and how to relay constructive feedback.
