Meet Alyssa Shriber, she is an entry-level carpenter and a recent SkillsUSA National Signing Day signer. Alyssa's journey into the skilled trades was sparked by her experiences building a pool deck with her father and learning construction basics from her godparents. Enrolling in the Construction Trades program at Indian Valley Vocational Center IVVC, Alyssa discovered her strong passion for building. Confident in her skills, Alyssa believes in her success in the skilled trades: "I believe that I will make something big out of myself in this career.” #SkilledVoices #LowesFoundation #SkilledTradesCareers #SkillsUSANationalSigningDay #BlueCollarCool
