Offering in-person and remote services in health, fitness, sport performance, and nutrition counseling. Skutnik Performance combines over a decade of research experience with almost 15 years of applied experience to create a science-backed, evidence-based product that meets the individuals needs and goals. With experience working with clientele that include general population, youth athletes, CEOs of Fortune 1000 companies, Special Forces warfighters, and Olympic athletes Skutnik Performance is well-versed in all aspects of performance. Our approach is to holistically treat the individual's health and fitness. Using the six compartment model of Deep Health, we aim to optimize the individual so they not only see improvements in the gym or on the field, but an increase in the overall quality of life including their mental and emotional health, social relationships, and gaining a better understanding of their purpose.
