As we wrap up our fourth year at Slam Media Lab, Kyle Duane Kazimour and I are incredibly proud to announce that we’ve been named one of Clutch's Top 1000 Companies! This achievement is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our amazing team and the trust our clients have placed in us. This year hasn’t been without its challenges. Running a business means navigating the highs and lows—welcoming new team members, saying goodbye to others, signing on new clients, and sometimes making mistakes along the way. There were moments of uncertainty and fear, but each experience taught us resilience and strengthened our commitment. I’m especially proud of the incredible work we’ve done, including: ✅ Helping more e-commerce brands like BobaBlinks.com launch Shopify shops! ✅ Supporting impactful organizations like Symphonic Capital, Equis Research and Arc Health to launch their new brands ahead of important milestones. ✅ Generating millions of dollars for aerospace companies through our targeted SEO efforts. Thank you to our fantastic team and loyal clients for making this possible. #Clutch1000

Proud to announce our latest work with Arc Health, alongside Niki Simoneaux and Dave Shaffer. Arc Health is redefining healthcare for rural, tribal, and underserved communities. As a public benefit corporation, they’ve built a model where impact is integral to their business—channeling resources back into advancing health equity rather than traditional fundraising. The company was recognized as #413 on Inc. 5000 List of America's Fastest Growing Private Companies for 2024. This forward-thinking design embodies Arc Health’s unique mission with a clean, accessible layout that merges simplicity with thoughtful detail. We balanced soft, welcoming tones with bold, grounding hues to enhance both accessibility and modern appeal, creating a look that’s distinctly Arc Health. Dynamic graphics and circular elements bring a sense of flow and interconnectedness, mirroring Arc Health's commitment to creating connections within communities. Every design choice reinforces a style that’s approachable yet purpose-driven, making it easy for users to navigate and engage. Grateful for the trust from Arc’s team and proud of our Slam Media Lab team (Peter Kostov Kyle Duane Kazimour) for bringing this vision to life. • Using Notion to optimize team workflows is our bread and butter–we use it everyday for quite literally everything. But how did we choose Notion as our tool of choice? We’ve spent hundreds of hours researching, testing, and iterating on our operations and project management (yeah, this is serious business for us). We don’t want to have you go through the same time-consuming experience. That’s why we launched our new content series comparing Notion–the current platform we use–with other tools you may be considering for your team. From notetaking abilities to all things kanban, we’ve distilled all the pros and cons of platforms including: ✔️ Airtable vs Notion (https://lnkd.in/g5swtK7J) ✔️ Notion vs Todoist (https://lnkd.in/g-FNvNR3) ✔️ Notion vs Confluence (https://lnkd.in/g6uP2zJY) ✔️ Notion vs Onenote (https://lnkd.in/g7XJqP-4) ✔️ Notion vs Goodnotes (https://lnkd.in/gw9jeHQQ) ✔️ Notion vs Monday (https://lnkd.in/gVCY2SWD) ✔️ Notion vs Asana (https://lnkd.in/gbKgK7uy) ✔️ Clickup vs Notion (https://lnkd.in/gtDnf5Rf) We’re always writing about ways to improve your workflows and boost your agency. By now, everyone knows the power of AI can have for improving your daily workflow. I am using both ChatGPT bots I built & Highlight.ing almost 100% of the time to help me move 10x faster with emails, thinking, work, writing, and unblocking. Our nonprofit clients have seen this and have come to us wanting to implement AI, but they’re stuck with the big question of how. Data has proven the “how” is a major bottleneck in the nonprofit space. A recent study from Stanford found that while 66% of nonprofits believe AI could significantly benefit their operations, only 26% are effectively using it. At Slam, we’ve worked with dozens of nonprofits and have seen a common thread: they’re overwhelmed, tired, can’t find their files, and spend a lot of time working on things that probably can be solved in minutes. When we introduced AI tools into their nonprofit workflow, it was like watching a lightbulb go off. We love helping nonprofits become efficient and digitally thrive. We also love sharing our knowledge, so that orgs can focus more time on realizing their mission than on more menial, operational tasks. That’s why we’re so excited to share our new article on how to use AI for nonprofits, which includes real examples of how our nonprofit clients’ learned to use AI for their operational workflows. We also included videos to walk you through how to use different AI tools, including: ✔️ How to use Perplexity.AI to figure out what questions your audience is asking ✔️ How to quickly generate high-quality, on-brand content using ChatGPT ✔️ How you can use AI to analyze data within seconds You can check out the article here: https://lnkd.in/gtBdYTRA #AI #nonprofits #ChatGPT #nonprofit

  • When you’re in the aerospace and aviation industry, you and your competitors are vying for contracts and sales in a highly competitive, global market. The secret sauce for winning more contracts and clients? Having a killer aviation SEO strategy. Our partnership with Greenwood Aerospace, a government procurement and aerospace small business, was all about playing the long game. Over the course of a year, we wrote and launched landing pages that hit targeted keywords, redesigned their website to increase conversions via customized form fields, and developed informative, SEO-friendly content that improved brand reputation and increased their backlinks. Now, Greenwood ranks #1 for multiple competitive keywords, sees an exponential growth in traffic, and is increasingly seen as a reputable and go-to-source for all things aerospace. Plus, they are generating millions in revenue from this project. One thing about us is that we don’t like keeping knowledge to ourselves (sharing is indeed caring). We wrote up an article that goes through the step-by-step process of how we got there, so you’re ready for takeoff ✈️. Check out the case study here: https://lnkd.in/gfjz9rtN

Our team keeps shipping ☄️: We're excited to introduce the newly revamped website and design for The Center for Community Solutions, the leading nonprofit in Ohio dedicated to improving health, social, and economic conditions. The previous site design had not been updated in years. Our goal was to create a clean, intuitive, and engaging platform that aligns with their mission of informed public policy. With a bento grid layout, the new site introduces a clean, modern look, improving searchability, site speed, and UX. We migrated over 1,200 articles from WordPress to Webflow, significantly improving the site's structure and usability. A big thank you to Patti Carlyle, Emily Campbell, and the entire team at Community Solutions for the trust. Check out the site: www.communitysolutions.com #MadeinWebflow Slam Media Lab

  • We’re thrilled to announce our exciting new partnership and client work with Equis, a set of organization working to create a better understanding of Latinos, innovate new approaches to reach and engage them, and invest in the leadership and infrastructure for long-term change and increased engagement. Together, we’ve reimagined their brand identity, UX, and website to amplify Latino voices and create meaningful change nationwide. Our vision was to craft unique brand identities for each organization within Equis and develop a website that makes their extensive resource collection easily accessible. By using vibrant, bold colors and a captivating space-themed brand identity, we designed resource landing pages that are both visually stunning and easy to navigate. This new digital experience aims to close the gap in Latino civic and voter participation. Big thanks to Yoli Navas, Ino Chavez, Nery Espinosa, Estefania Gonzalez, and the entire Equis Research team for their passion, feedback, and collaboration!
