Evacuation orders will go into effect today for Hurricane Milton. The Florida Division of Emergency Management (www.floridadisaster.org) is a great resource for important evacuation notices and preparation resources. Tip - If it can be done safely, taking pictures and/or videos of each room of the home and garage before evacuation serves as an inventory and can make a huge difference if there are losses. #HurricaneMilton #staysafe

Tropical Storm Milton has formed and is forecast to become a major hurricane by early Monday with impacts expected to start in Florida on Tuesday evening. The current models indicate high wind speeds and heavy rain will likely be experienced across Florida state and up through the South Carolina coast. ❗This is a rapidly moving storm. Slide is actively monitoring the increased activity in the tropics. Current forecast models indicate that Potential Tropical Cyclone Nine will impact the state of Florida.
