  • “Rejection is redirection.” On this week’s podcast episode, WWE Star and Celebrity Fitness Trainer, Erika Hammond shares her advice on celebrating ourselves, trying new things to find one’s passion, and the key to balancing work and life. Our top 3️⃣ takeaways are: 1) Turn Sad Into Excited: We are always yearning for more! Sit down, look at how far you’ve come, and be proud of yourself. Rather than feeling sad that you haven’t achieved enough, be proud of yourself, and be excited to keep on going. 2) Support System: When something good or exciting happens, share it with your loved ones! People who truly care about us don’t consider our success as bragging. 3) Small Goals: Erika shared a fantastic insight on how rather than focusing all of our energy on achieving massive goals, see your larger goals as a compilation of smaller ones. Focus on getting to your end goal, one small goal at a time. The full interview is now live, with video available on Spotify. Spotify ➡️ https://lnkd.in/gn94HpSv Apple ➡️ https://lnkd.in/gTR3S2CT

Kristen and Taryn share their journey in becoming star athletes, how they take downtime, and hacks for teamwork. Our top 3️⃣ learnings are: 1) Communication: In order to make your team as efficient and effective as possible, prioritize communication! 2) Self Doubt: It’s normal to doubt yourself, but if you keep your feelings of self doubt to yourself, they’ll only grow. Share your doubts with people you trust, gain advice, and support. Sharing your self doubt will help you feel uplifted. 3) Spend Time Together: In order to grow your bond and trust as a team, spend time together outside of work or training. Become friends, learn about one another, and trust in each other. The full interview is now live, with video available on Spotify.
