You know that feeling when you know what you should do, but it’s scary and feels like a big risk? I used to have a delegation bottleneck, accidentally choking my own growth. I had to sacrifice many opportunities just because I thought my team couldn’t do it. My productivity and growth were okay, but I lost many opportunities to grow more because I had no time to do the work. Her portfolio was impressive but I was doubtful because of her limited experience But she made me an offer I couldn’t say no to: “Let’s try for two weeks, let me manage your email and social media, and grow your guest post customers for free. If I can’t, let’s leave it there. And only if I do will you get to experience how I can help, and we will work together.” How could I say no to that? So she started on Monday. After two weeks, she signed 10 new clients. Managed my email and social media. That was 2 years ago, and we’ve been working together ever since. She knew her skills and took the risk out for me. It’s worked out great for both of us ever since. I’d like to do the same for you. I'd like to get you a couple of customers for free. More than enough to pay for Small Business Coach Program. Last year, I received a couple of emails that piqued my interest: “I will get you 10 qualified sales calls per month without spending a cent on ads, guaranteed - or you don't pay.” I have been thinking about this, and asking myself: “What would I do if I got paid AFTER I got someone a result? I even ask my coaches. It never fails to make me pause whenever I think about this, because it’s the exact opposite of how our industry works. Every time you work with a coach, someone takes the risk..and it’s ALWAYS the client. Everyone says “I’m the best, but YOU take the risk” I get it. And I don’t. But what would I do if I got paid AFTER I got someone a result? I have been thinking about this for a while now and I know what exactly I need to do: 1. My team and I will work with you for free for two months, and we'll assess your situation first, then run the tactical strategies for you to quickly learn and implement them, and get customers every time. 2. That will make you $5k or $10k a month in ongoing income. You’ll be amazed, and have proof that my stuff works. So… 3. Then, I’ll ask you to use some of the extra money to keep working with us at Small Business Coach — and add an extra $30k-$50k a month in the next year. Simon Sinek says “People don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it” So instead of convincing you to give me money, I want to get you some customers, let the results speak for themselves. I’m going to work with five small business owners for free, and see what happens. You’ll only pay after it gets you a result. You’ll be amazed and I will be proud. I’m not sure how it will go for us yet. That’s why it’s an experiment. The catch is we only have room to work with 5 small business owners for this experiment.
