One of our stories celebrated the incredible achievements of Smart City’s Customer Sales and Service Department. Our corporate team collaborates closely with local teams at partnered convention centers to ensure every event's success, embodying our core principle of Continually Improving Processes. Alyson Pastor traveled to the San Diego Convention Center for the American Thoracic Society event, while Liliana Rios and Gatalina Sasaki supported HITEC 2024 in Charlotte, and Lester Michaels spent nearly a month at the Walter E.
