We are committed to caring for all of our resident's heath care needs and strive to obtain this through providing emergency and urgent care services, a swing bed program, general surgery, laboratory services, radiology, cardio-pulmonary services, physical and occupational therapy, a basic care facility and hospice care.

  • Get to know Tiffany, Executive Assistant for SMC & CCCHC! 🌟 Tiffany has worked for SMC & CCCHC for 1 year. In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with family and friends. She enjoys camping, going to the lake, traveling, cooking and listening to music. Seafood is her favorite food, and she has great memories of her three trips to Hawaii and two to Jamaica. There’s nothing better than the ocean, beach, and sun! ☀️🏖️ When asked what she loves about her job, Tiffany said, "I am involved in so many areas with my time split between SMC and CCCHC. I work with so many great, funny, and helpful people. I literally learn something new everyday and look forward to what each day will bring."

  • Join us in welcoming the newest member of our rehabilitation team, Kayleen Alexander, MS, LAT, ATC! Kayleen is the new full-time Athletic Trainer for Beulah and Hazen High Schools. She is excited to become an integral part of the community and schools, providing specialized care that supports her hometown area. Kayleen graduated from the University of Mary in the spring of 2024 with a Master's in Athletic Training. Originally from Beulah, ND, she enjoys golfing, playing softball, hunting, and spending time with family and friends in her spare time. Welcome, Kayleen! We had a great time sharing more about our Urgent Care services with the community.
