It appears that some larger DSOs, which had temporarily paused their expansion, are gradually resuming growth. Will we ever return to the activity levels of a few years ago? She is the most hard-working employee I have ever worked with. I have watched her work endlessly to make a patient feel comfortable and at ease when sitting in the dental chair. She is an excellent member of the team, and I couldn’t think of anyone more worthy to hold the title employee of the year other than Hadeel.   Colorado-Claudia Curtis-Aurora-Legendary Experience-Claudia is just so positive to be around. She's easy going and flexible in a bind. She shows up every day with the best attitude and supports the entire team whole heartedly. And she is committed to giving our patients a Legendary Experience.   Michigan-Kaylee Cook-Holly-Legendary Service-Kaylee consistently shows commitment to her patients AND her team! Kaylee will drop everything to help out a teammate in need. Whether it’s administering local anesthetic or cleaning an extra operatory, Kaylee will be the first to volunteer her time- even if it delays her lunch. She’s committed to helping the entire office of patients- not just the ones in her schedule. The entire team appreciates how much joy and aide she brings to the office. She is selfless, considerate, and caring.   Georgia-Katie Roswell-Atlanta Perio – Continuous Improvement-Katie Roswell - Katie was hired on with no experience, straight out of her dental assistant program, and has continuously improved her skills. She is team player and treats every patient with kindness and smiles. She is very punctual being early every day to work and helps open the office by getting sterilization up and running as well as the operatories. We love how hard she works ! Katie likes to be efficient and complete tasks on time. Is great at leading a hand to other staff members to be able to provide great patient care. Katie is most attentive to all our patients. She will greet each patient with a smile and welcome "intro" to whatever procedure the patient is having. We do lots of surgeries in our office and the knowledge that Katie shares with the patients makes them feel calm and welcomed. Her positive personality and willing to jump in at a minute’s notice is such an amazing quality.   Alabama-Pennie Miller-Southern Birmingham—Commitment-Pennie is truly a diamond! She makes sure EVERY patient is taken care of by thoroughly checking their insurance benefits. She goes over treatment and has so much knowledge of insurance. The patients feel right at home and like she is a family member to a lot of them. She has even brought her carpet cleaner to the office to take care of a few spots on the carpet. She is a dependable and dedicated team member that we appreciate so much. The team and patients love her!
