About Dr.Freeman: Dr. Robert Freeman was born and raised in Western North Carolina. He earned a Bachelor in Psychology and a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Freeman completed his specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry and Masters of Science in Dentistry from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Dental Association. After completing his residency in Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Freeman made Louisiana his home and is now proud to be back in his home state of North Carolina. He believes in a gentle and friendly style of dentistry for his patients and their families. He can't wait to see your smiles! 😁

Meet Dr. Candice Hodge, DDS: Dr. Candice Hodge is a compassionate and dedicated general dentist who is native to Winston-Salem, NC. She completed her undergraduate studies at East Carolina University before earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from UNC Adam’s School of Dentistry. In dental school, Dr. Hodge gained knowledge and hands-on experience while volunteering and providing care in pediatric and non-pediatric settings. She is an active member in several professional groups, The American Dental Association, The Old North State Dental Society, and The North Carolina Dental Society. Unsurprisingly, what is most important to Dr. Hodge is bringing a combination of warmth and laughter to each appointment. With a passion for providing exceptional dental care to children, Dr. Hodge is committed to creating a welcoming experience for young patients and their families. She believes if we can improve the overall experience, we can help foster a strong relationship between pediatric patients and the dental team. Dr. Hodge believes in the importance of teaching children and their parents about proper oral hygiene practices and preventative care. She strives to build lasting relationships with her patients to ensure that each visit to the dentist is positive and educational. Outside of the dental office, Dr. Hodge enjoys volunteering at local community health fairs and participating in dental outreach programs. In her free time, she loves spending time outdoors with her dogs Paris and Benzo, working out, watching Disney movies, and singing karaoke. Timing is of the essence right now. There’s a proposed bi-partisan bill in North Carolina to increase Medicaid reimbursement rates paid to dental care providers. (HB1010) The NC House of Representatives just announced they plan to debate and vote on a short session budget this week (6/17/2024-6/21/2024). Please, contact your lawmakers and urge them to either approve HB1010 outright or include the $45MM in the state budget.  Lawmakers need to hear from you how important this bill is. What can you do? -Contact your legislators    - Let them know "North Carolina needs better dental care access. Please vote YES for House Bill 1010!" If you aren’t sure which one represents you, copy them all in your message.

She graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with an under graduate degree in Psychology. Following her undergraduate studies, she continued her formal education at East Carolina School of Dental Medicine earning her degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree. Dr. Bri’s interest in dentistry began at a young age when her older sister came home with braces. Dr. Bri has devoted her career to serving pediatric patients. She has spent a lot of time working with children within clinics, schools, and mobile dentistry. Dr. Bri strives to create an environment in which children have a positive dental experience. As a dentist, Dr. Bri focuses on the individuality of each child needs treating them with the compassion they deserve. Her calming demeanor puts her patients at ease helping them to become confident in their dental health. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Bri enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and golden doodle Clementine.
