  • SPE Welcomes Lauren Ehrhardt, a native Texan with deep roots in the heart of Klein. She brings a unique blend of rural upbringing and urban professionalism to her practice. Lauren earned her bachelor’s degree in Middle Level Education from Sam Houston State University in 2011. Following a rewarding five-year tenure as a middle school English and Social Studies teacher in both Klein ISD and Conroe ISD, Lauren felt compelled to further advocate for others in a different capacity. This led her to pursue a law degree at Texas A&M School of Law in 2019, where she honed her advocacy skills through Mock Trial and ADR programs, and was selected for membership in the Order of the Barristers. Before spending three years specializing in insurance defense at a large international law firm, she refined her skills in real estate, land use, complex negotiations, and contract law while working as a landman and legal counsel for a prominent defense contractor. Lauren’s experience has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of complex legal issues and a proven track record of successful outcomes for her clients. Lauren’s current practice focuses on insurance defense, where she advocates for clients facing a wide range of legal challenges. She is committed to achieving favorable outcomes for her clients through meticulous preparation, effective negotiation, and, when necessary, vigorous courtroom advocacy. Her dedication to justice and client-centered approach ensures that each case receives the personalized attention and skilled representation it deserves. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys being active with her two dogs, Hendrix and Beckham, cheering on the Houston Astros, and diving into a good book.

  • SPE welcomes Chelsea Rivas! Chelsea earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center where she served as the Community Outreach Editor for the Houston Law Review and as a state-bar-qualified law student for the Consumer Law Clinic. Prior to joining SPE, Chelsea worked on both the plaintiff and defense sides of personal injury law, giving her a unique perspective on how to resolve personal injury matters. Chelsea’s practice is primarily focused on personal injury suits that arise from automobile and trucking accidents. Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys spending time with her husband, Jaime, and her daughter. Chelsea also enjoys spending time outdoors and trying out new recipes.
