  • On October 26, 2024, the School of Management and Labor Relations Alumni Association (SMLRAA) held its first-ever Big Fall Conference, bringing together alumni, industry leaders, and students for a day filled with insightful presentations, collaborative discussions, and meaningful networking. Highlights of the Day: • Engaging Sessions: Attendees enjoyed three impactful presentations covering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Leadership, and Negotiation Skills. Each session offered practical insights, sparked thoughtful conversations, and left attendees with actionable takeaways to apply in their professional journeys. • Networking Opportunities: With a great turnout, the conference allowed alumni to connect, share experiences, and explore collaboration opportunities. • Volunteer and Engagement Opportunities: We encouraged everyone interested in contributing to our growing alumni network to complete our General Interest Form to explore ways to get involved.
