Introducing Rachel Pratt, Proposal Lead Southwest Region at Hensel Phelps. Rachel has been a member for 1.5 years, but wanted to join for more than a decade. She was introduced to SMPS as an in-kind sponsor with BEX. “Joining was a priority I made when I joined Hensel Phelps.” She serves on the education committee and is helping to lead the next CPSM Boot Camp with Emily Laughlin. She also taught a workshop on Interactive Elements in InDesign at the October breakfast program. Rachel credits SMPS with giving her a fundamental foundation of InDesign and Photoshop best practices through courses she has taken over the past 14 years. “I am thrilled to be able to give back to the association I have admired from afar for so long.” Outside of the AEC industry, Rachel is a wife and mother of two boys. “We like to travel and dream about living in faraway places.
