Throwback! Did you know that our headquarters used to be in Smyrna, Georgia? We moved to Milledgeville in 2020 to a 700,000 sqft facility to expand our operational capacity. We serve our customers nationwide from both of our facilities in Milledgeville, GA, and La Grange, TX. We share these facilities with our sister brands Fouts Fire, Fouts Commercial Vehicles, Big Deal Parts, Fouts Defense, and Electric Commercial Vehicles. Today, we filmed a safety and installation training video with our technicians, Dre and Quay! They demonstrated our safety protocols and standards while guiding us through each step of the roofing installation process. Having this new video as a resource will ensure that our new technicians are well-prepared and aligned with our current team’s practices. Intern Spotlight! Meet Grant Motley, a senior Management Information Systems major at Georgia College & State University J. Whitney Bunting College of Business & Technology, who serves as our Operations Project Lead. Beyond work, Grant enjoys sports, with a newfound interest in golf, and fun fact - he's half Colombian. His role involves collaborating with software developers to re-launch Smyrna’s Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in van production lines across Milledgeville and LaGrange, enhancing real-time data capture and efficiency. Grant sought this internship to expand his skills and gain direct experience in his field. "This internship has allowed me to learn and grow under a team of experienced leaders from various fields; helping to solidify a foundation for my career."

Throughout his time with us, Ryley has swiftly advanced from intern to Project Coordinator. With a degree in Management Information Systems, Ryley began his career optimizing operations as a Salesforce Administrator. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities like kayaking and fishing, as well as cooking and art. Ryley's dedication to personal growth is evident in his pursuit of further education and Salesforce certifications, reflecting his commitment to both professional excellence and a balanced lifestyle. "I was drawn to Fouts Bros Inc. after seeing their commitment to excellence during a facility tour with my university class," Ryley recalls.
