𝑻𝒘𝒐 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒔 𝒂𝒈𝒐, 𝒊𝒏 𝑶𝒄𝒕𝒐𝒃𝒆𝒓, 𝒘𝒆 𝒐𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒑𝒂𝒚𝒓𝒐𝒍𝒍 𝒂𝒕 Snapser—𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒂 𝒋𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒚 𝒊𝒕'𝒔 𝒃𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒄𝒆. When I think about Snapser, the first thing that comes to mind isn't the tech or the challenges—it’s the people. Out of the five of us, Vineet Pandit and I have known each other for more than 20 years. Jason Davidson and Tom Fishwick? Their friendship spans even further, they know each other since they were kids. Two multi-decade friendships, and here we are, building something together that we truly believe in. Snapser isn’t just about simplifying backend development for game studios; it’s about relationships—within our team and with the clients we serve. People who enjoy working with each other tend to stick around, and that’s what we’re building here. A culture of collaboration, trust, and long-lasting partnerships. As we look ahead, I can’t wait to bring more amazing people into this journey. Whether you're a studio we partner with or someone joining our growing team, know this—relationships are at the heart of everything we do at Snapser. Thanks to everyone who has shown us support, and special thanks to our backers at Andreessen Horowitz for believing in us from day one. We’re just getting started, and I’m excited to see what’s next. Here’s to many more years of building—both games and relationships. #BuildingTogether #Snapser #GameDev

It’s where you bring real players in to test your prototype while you watch from behind a one-way mirror. And trust me, the results can be humbling. This is also a reminder for game developers that no matter how well they think they know their users, there is always an element of surprise. The perspective is often completely different from what is expected. Check out the full episode for more on designing with users in mind. Has user behavior ever caught you off guard? I’d love to hear your experiences.🎮 #GameDevelopment #UserTesting #Podcast
