Together with Mrs. Lilijana Zorka, Head of the Health and Social Security Sector at Maribor Municipality, our team, represented by our partner RRA Podravje - Maribor, met to plan strategic collaborations. 🎯The goal? ✨ The 20th Edition of the Fair "Do the Right Thing" Has Concluded! 📅 From October 18th to 20th, 2024, the Fair of Critical and Conscious Consumption took place at the Trento Exhibition Centre 🏛️. Our esteemed lead partner, the Province of Trento Provincia Autonoma di Trento, together with TST Trentino Social Tank (manager of the Trentino Solidarity Economy Fund), proudly hosted a stand with a variety of exciting initiatives! 🌿 Highlights included: • Promotion of products from the Trentino DES 🦋 • Climate change awareness activities by Clima3T 🌞 • Workshops on food waste reduction led by the Provincial Table on Waste Reduction and the Food Bank 🍔 🌱 DES Agriculture in collaboration with the Municipality of Trento ran engaging activities for both adults and children, focusing on green maintenance and biodiversity education 🍁🌲. 🏕️ Special Announcement: The fair served as the perfect launch pad for the Municipality of Ledro to unveil the Ledro Land Art Project, an artistic and naturalistic park. 🤝 The event was also a great platform to promote our Interreg #3P4SSE project, aiming to strengthen public-private partnerships for the Social and Solidarity Economy. 🚀 Exciting updates from our #3P4SSE partners! 📅 On September 18th, 2024, our esteemed project partner, ARLEG S.A., proudly participated in the Job Fair organized by the District Labor Office in Legnica. The event brought together local and regional public authorities, NGOs, SMEs, and the general public, creating a dynamic space for collaboration! 🎯Our team promoted the 3P4SSE project, which aims to reduce social inequalities in Central Europe🌱. The fair provided an excellent platform to connect with local entrepreneurs, bridging the gap between the social economy and business sectors. 🤝These conversations are key as our partners advance their Local Action Plan, focusing on creating a social economy cluster. 📈 Additionally, ARLEG showcased projects funded by European Funds for Lower Silesia 2021-2027, offering support for entrepreneurs and adults seeking to improve their qualifications through development services 📚. 💡 This includes initiatives such as: 🔸 Grants for development services for Lower Silesian companies 🔸 Development services for adults from the Legnica-Głogów subregion 🔸 Activation of the Lower Silesian Labor Market - 4th edition, supporting laid-off employees and those transitioning from agriculture 🏢🌾. 🌟 Stay tuned and follow our journey as we continue to foster cooperation and reduce social disparities! 🚀 Exciting News from our #3P4SSE project Lead Partner, the Autonomous Province of Trento! The new Trentino Solidarity Economy Table has been appointed! 🌟 This central body, established by the Law for the Promotion of the Solidarity Economy (LP 13/2010), plays a key role in advising the Provincial Council. It consists of 11 members: 6 chosen by the Solidarity Economy regulations, 4 public officers and provincial administration managers, and 1 member from the Autonomous Council. 🙌 The table will serve for 5 years, aligning with the legislature of the Provincial President. Its mission includes: 📅 Preparing and approving the annual program to promote the solidarity economy. 💬 Formulating opinions and proposals for the Provincial Council on Solidarity Economy matters. 📚 Proposing training and information events on the solidarity economy. 🛠️ Designing projects to further promote the solidarity economy.
