About us
SOCAP is a world-renowned conference series dedicated to increasing the flow of capital toward social good. Our annual flagship event in San Francisco is the leading gathering for impact investors and social entrepreneurs. We take a unique approach that emphasizes cross-sector convening and gathers voices across a broad spectrum to catalyze unexpected yet impactful connections. From the leading edge to established players, SOCAP brings together global innovators, investors, foundations, governments, institutions, and social entrepreneurs to build the world we want to leave to future generations. We actively seek out opportunities to accelerate the market at the intersection of money and meaning and, in pursuit of that goal, have convened more than 13,000 people since our founding in 2008. In addition to the annual SOCAP conference, we offer year-round events to continue important conversations around money and meaning via SOCAP 365. Sign-up for our newsletter and join the Social Capital Markets Group on LinkedIn to get updates about local events in your area to make connections, gain inspiration and create a more sustainable economy for all.

In SOCAP’s ongoing efforts to increase deal flow for impact, driving more of the right forms of capital to where it can have the greatest impact on the world’s biggest challenges, we are excited to partner with New Majority Capital, Common Future, Roanhorse Consulting, and Armillaria to bring a new offering to #SOCAP24 attendees: the Inclusive Capital Exchange (ICX). 💡 The ICX consortium is a group of dedicated change-makers in the impact investing space committed to transparency and the flow of capital for impact. Fueled by a desire to exchange not only ideas but also capital at impact conferences like SOCAP, ICX’s founding members came together to pilot the ICX at SOCAP24. The vision for the ICX is to create virtual and in-person experiences at impact conferences for investors and emerging fund managers to connect and come to terms. ↪️ Learn more and sign up to participate: https://bit.ly/3TR6DXa [Image description: Participate in the Inclusive Capital Exchange at SOCAP24.]
