Southern Connecticut BOMA invites you to join a group of highly motivated and professional individuals who are continuously working together to improve the real estate industry. The mission of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Southern CT is to represent the following: the commercial real estate owner/developer, the commercial real estate professional, and the associate members through leadership, advocacy, information gathering, and distribution of this information to all members. Founded in 1983, Southern Connecticut BOMA serves the commercial real estate industry from New Haven to the New York/CT line. Presently, Southern Connecticut BOMA is comprised of 110 members in three categories. Principal members are property owners and property managers. The Professional members are architects, engineers, etc. and our Associate members are vendors that supply products and services to the real estate community.
