She holds an MBA in Accounting from the College of St. Rose, and her expertise in managing finances and operations, combined with her sharp attention to detail, makes her a perfect fit for our growing team. Beyond her professional experience, Jan is deeply committed to sustainability. A lifelong recycler and composter, she’s always finding ways to lessen her environmental impact. Additionally, Jan has a true love for wildlife and the outdoors, which fuels her passion for protecting the planet. When she’s not crunching numbers, Jan enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, and adventuring with her husband, Jeremy, and their dog, Wynne. Welcome to the team, Jan! With his extensive background, Stephen has made significant contributions in the renewable energy field, most recently as the Director of Valuation and Policy at Carson Power. His career has also included key roles in Project Finance at New Leaf Energy and on the Large-Scale Renewables team at NYSERDA, further deepening his expertise in the renewable energy sector. Hailing from Woodstock, Illinois, Stephen is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago. Outside of the office, he’s passionate about music, literature, and spending time outdoors whenever possible. Welcome, Stephen! ☀ We’re delighted to welcome Ashley Fletcher, PE to the Sol Source Power team as our new Civil Engineering Manager! ☀ Ashley brings a wealth of experience in the solar industry, having been involved in solar projects since 2010. Her expertise spans the entire project lifecycle—from design and permitting to construction. Her diverse background includes working as a consultant and for developers, EPCs, and Owners, making her an invaluable addition to our team. A proud University of New Hampshire graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering, Ashley has roots in New Hampshire but now calls Maine home, where she lives with her husband and their beloved dog. Outside of work, you can find Ashley rock climbing or tending to her impressive collection of house plants. Ashley says, “I'm excited to be part of such a great group of people who are not only impressively smart, accomplished, and passionate, but also really fun and compassionate. We are excited to welcome Kelly Trahan to Sol Source Power as General Counsel! 🌻 ☀ Prior to joining SolSource Power, as a partner at Shipman & Goodwin LLP, Kelly represented a diverse group of clients in all aspects and phases of commercial financing transactions, including senior credit facilities, asset-based loans, and federal and state tax credit financing programs. She also represented, counseled and advised commercial real estate owners and developers in all aspects and phases of commercial real estate matters, including dispositions, acquisitions, sale-leasebacks, leases, easements, and title and survey issues. Kelly is from Lincoln, Rhode Island and went to the University of Hartford and Western New England University School of Law. She loves to go on adventures with her dog, Huxley Graham, traveling and exploring new places especially anything to do with the ocean and spoiling her nieces and nephew. Kelly says “Sol Source Power’s mission to drive the transition to, and provide, clean energy ties into my desire to make a positive impact on the planet, and I find it an honor to help Sol Source Power grow in achieving its mission and play a part in putting together the infrastructure necessary to generate energy through natural resources for future generations.” We are so ecstatic to Welcome her to the team!

Sol Source Power is ecstatic to welcome J. Tucker Ozburn Ozburn as our new Director of Interconnection based out of Boston, Massachusetts! ☀ ☀ Tucker officially joined the team one month ago. As Interconnection Director he will ,manage and track utility interconnection applications until close, assist in engineering tasks associated with project applications and provide input for prospecting new sites depending on existing utility infrastructure Tucker has about four years of experience in solar, three of which in community solar, specifically interconnection. He also has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Tucker is originally from Nashville, TN which is where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Tucker loves to run and has an identical twin brother! Tucker says “ I am excited to join Sol Source because of the people and the opportunity to help grow the team! The renewable space is exciting because of how rapidly it changes!”

We are thrilled to welcome Daniel McCarthy to the Sol Source Power family as a Midwest Junior Project Developer based out of Chicago. Daniel officially joined SSP last Monday! ☀ ☀ He brings a unique background as a former management consultant with experience across industries like pharmaceuticals, industrials, SaaS, and more. Over the past few months, he has worked with Alex F. at 22C focusing on community solar origination in Illinois, and is enthusiastic to apply this expertise at SSP. Daniel did his undergrad at Wabash College, where he double majored in Religion & Political Science. He did a Master's in Management at Wake Forest and a Master's in Finance at Indiana University. Danial hails from a small town in Southern Indiana and is the oldest of 5 children. He loves to spend time outside whether that be hunting, skiing, weightlifting, going to the lake, going to concerts and is very excited to see Peter Cat Recording Company in September! Daniel is thrilled to expand Sol Source's footprint in the Midwest. Daniel is driven to make an impact by empowering communities through clean energy solutions. ☘

Our company’s success has been driven by the incredible talent within our team of Sol-Sorcerers, these individuals truly set us apart and are the fuel behind our expansion and growth. Building strong relationships is at the heart of development, and this team excels in every aspect of it. We owe a tremendous amount to our key partners, whose support has been invaluable. Sunwealth has continuously championed our success, aligning with our mission and offering meaningful guidance and support to our team. Segue Sustainable Infrastructure has propelled us forward, giving us the ability to leverage our position across multiple markets. Dimension Energy has been instrumental in partnering with our team to drive the renewable transition in key Midwest states. Nexamp has been an advisor and thought partner and ultimately the long-term owner of our largest project to date. Our collaboration with Kearsarge Energy, built upon years of trust, kept all stakeholders aligned and focused on enabling the construction of a project that had a tight timeline. And Generate Capital stands as a steadfast long-term asset owner, whose collaboration consistently pushes us toward greater achievements. ☀Meet Sammie Floyd, our incredible intern at Sol Source Power!☀ Sammie hails from Menlo Park, California, and is a rising star at the University of St Andrews, pursuing a BSc Honors in Environmental Earth Science ('26). Sammie's passion for solar energy stems from a belief in its potential as the future of renewable energy, benefiting both the environment and people. Outside the classroom, Sammie is deeply involved in campus life. As the Media and Sustainability Officer for the St Andrews sailing team, a Team Racing member, a choreography assistant/model for DONT WALK, and Social Media and Graphics manager in the St Andrews African Caribbean Society, Sammie brings dedication and creativity to everything she does. In her free time, Sammie loves sailing, DJing, playing tennis, and is a devoted CorePower Yoga enthusiast.
