📸 Together, We’re Shaping the Future of Education in NYC! The Office of Student Pathways, alongside Tequila Lamar and Brian Aquart, proudly hosted 60 organizations committed to impacting the education experience in New York City. These leaders are investing in the next generation by empowering students to explore career pathways and thrive in tomorrow’s workplace. The conversation was inspiring and full of actionable insights, including: Practical strategies: For teams, especially early-career managers, to create meaningful learning experiences for high school students and support educators with relevant industry insight. The importance of early career exposure 👩⚕️ : High school students gain clarity on potential career paths, develop essential workplace skills and build professional networks, while employers cultivate early talent pipelines and provide their teams with valuable mentorship opportunities. Support for every stage of talent development : Today’s participants ranged from companies deeply invested in apprenticeships and internships to those just starting their NYCPS partnership. No matter the level of engagement, we’re here to continue the conversation and help leaders take the right steps for their teams. 🌟 Join the Movement: NYC’s future talent needs support from the employers who drive our city forward.
