I often talk to students, young designers, and clients about the value of the workflow: ideas—concepts—designs, and how much effort should be put into sketches to communicate an Idea vs. a Concept. Here is a small sampling of sketching I created to communicate Ideas and Concepts in the early stages of the Structured Innovation Process.
There are so many stages within the Focused Innovation Process that we collaborate within, and one is telling the story.
