Frank A. Messineo, AIA is the founding principal of Solutions Architecture. With 27+ years of experience in all areas of Architectural Practice, Frank has shared positive, long-term relationships with clients, consultants and agencies that have spanned much of his career. A former principal of two larger firms, Frank grew concerned with the fact that, at those firms, “profitability and the bottom line were often times more important than being responsive to the client’s needs.” In October 2009, Frank began a voyage that would put his vision for Architecture to the test. That vision was to provide his brand of Architectural and Engineering Services with a focus on Client Relationships, Service and Managing Expectations. Since then, Solutions Architecture has operated on the principle that personality, attention and professional, competent service fosters more than just a client list; it brings about successful, lasting relationships. It is my belief that our goal in this business is to “solve problems” and that a fundamental role of the Architect has always been to be a “Problem Solver”. At Solutions Architecture, we solve a variety of problems with Commitment, Collaboration and Communication. We are COMMITTED to our clients and to the process. Our COLLABORATION with the project team along with our COMMUNICATION throughout the life of the project yields positive results. Breaking the mold of the traditional “Design Firm”, Solutions Architecture places greater emphasis on SERVICE, addressing the needs and moreover, expectations of the Client, with practical, cost effective and aesthetically pleasing Solutions. Whether it involves the preparation of documents for the replacement of a key system component, the renovation of an existing space, or the programming a new facility, Solutions Architecture will assess the concern and work together with you to a successful completion!

We met Michael Jones as a college intern 8 years ago. At the start of his career and in the height of his education, Mike was eager to learn from all that Solutions had to offer him as a young architectural intern. We were proud to bring Mike on board officially after he graduated from college. Since then, he has grown to become an integral part of the Solutions Team.
