With high attrition rates, burnout, and accidents plaguing the industry, ignoring mental health is like trying to build on quicksand. But you're usually busy juggling deadlines, safety regulations, and keeping your team in one piece; and don;t forget keeping your clients happy. Here’s the kicker though: the cost of inaction is pretty high. Ignoring mental health doesn't just hurt morale—it hits your bottom line with accidents, turnover, and lawsuits. So, how do you fix it?
