Textile waste is also responsible for 9 per cent of annual microplastic pollution to oceans. 𝐒𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐨 𝐚𝐩𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐢 𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐳𝐳𝐢 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐥'𝐈𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐨 𝐍𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐨 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐆𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐨 Il 13 marzo Soteco International, grazie alla partnership con l’Istituto Nautico San Giorgio di Genova, ha accolto a Ceranesi una classe V di giovani macchinisti dell’Istituto. Si tratta di un' iniziativa, che si ripete per il secondo anno e che intende 𝐚𝐯𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐞 𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐳𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚 𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐨𝐥𝐚 𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚 condividendo reciproche conoscenze. E’ molto importante favorire la comprensione e la consapevolezza delle competenze richieste ai giovani dal contesto lavorativo. E’ fondamentale sia per la scuola, che è chiamata a promuovere competenze funzionali al mondo del lavoro che per l’impresa, che ha il ruolo formativo di trasmettere ai giovani le capacità e i compiti richiesti nell’ambiente professionale. Ai ragazzi dell’Istituto San Giorgio è stata presentata la 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚 𝐞 𝐥’𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐳𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐝𝐢 𝐒𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐨 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 ma soprattutto hanno potuto osservare l’intera catena, dalla produzione alla messa “a bordo” dei prodotti, così come gli interventi dei nostri Service Engineers sia in sito che a bordo nave. This is an initiative, which is repeated for the second year, that aims 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 by sharing mutual knowledge. It is very important to foster understanding and awareness of the skills required of young people in the workplace. This is essential both for schools, which are responsible for promoting skills that are functional to the job market, and for companies , which play a formative role in transmitting to young people the abilities and tasks required in a professional environment. The students of the Istituto Nautico San Giorgio were presented with the 𝐡𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐨 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥, but above all, they were able to observe the entire chain, from production to putting products “on board,” as well as the interventions of our Service Engineers both onsite and onboard. 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢, Soteco International ha ospitato per circa quattro mesi il brillante studente 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐨. 𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢, Soteco International hosted the brilliant student 𝐃𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐨 for approximately four months.
