Of course there are lot of guidelines and advice for running your business, but you don't get to keep playing the game if the company dies. Eventually, every company has near-death experience. Solve problems creatively to keep playing. Rule #2 - You (founder/s) are the limiting factor on the ultimate success of the business. ↕️ This one I learned from Nicole Glaros at Techstars If your business has stalled at a certain stage, find a mirror and get curious. You have to keep leveling up if you want your company to keep growing. Rule #3 - 🛤The journey will change you more than you change the world. This one is based on my experience working with founders. Whether they succeed or fail, being a founder of a startup meaningfully changes them. It requires a look within to ask deeper questions like what am I here on earth to do, what are my priorities when things get really hard, and what are my beliefs about people and how to treat them.
