It was so great to play a part in putting this event together. A huge thank you to Marie E. DeParis and Ken Schoen for creating this relationship as part of this year's Carelon Behavioral Health and SNY partnership.

A heartfelt thank you to our dedicated team! We’re incredibly proud of our associates who live our values daily and drive our mission to improve the health of humanity. Last week, David Westervelt, Chris Sentmier, and Erika Carrillo visited Business of Sports School (BOSS) in Manhattan, NY to speak to students about careers in healthcare, essential mental health resources, and strategies to end stigma. By working  with youth and staff in our local communities, we can better understand the needs of those we serve.

🎉 Celebrating 40 Years of Source Communications! Source Communications is 40 years young! The agency began in 1984 as a dream by myself and business partner barry bluestein to have “our own thing”, work with great clients (if we could find any to trust us) and figure it out as we go. We had no seed money, no angel money, and no investors. In fact, we really had nothing. Barry and I cobbled together $250 each and bought a used IBM Selectric Typewriter, a phone answering machine, business cards, letterhead and rented a PO Box. My townhouse kitchen table was our office. We were crazy! We both left great full-time jobs in the New York media world and thought “what the hell, if we fail, we can always go back and get jobs”. Well, 40 years later, we are still here and never had to go back and get jobs. It has been a roller coaster ride for sure, but a fabulous one with so many more thrills than chills. I attribute our success to 5 key principles: • 𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻. For our clients and our people. • 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲. Talented, creative, strategic, independent, collaborative, caring, empathetic. Just so damn smart and good souls. • 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆. We have always treated our people, clients, media partners, sports industry partners and vendors the way they deserve to be treated and the way I want us to be treated. Honestly, transparently, fairly, and respectfully. We do the right thing. Always. • 𝗧𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆. We always get the job done. On time and on budget. We figure it out. Never stop until it is perfect. This attitude permeates through every person at the agency. • 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆. Ask questions, dig deep, understand goals, objectives, business direction. Ask again. Get to know what makes people who they are. The strategy and the work are better the more you know.   This is a pivotal moment in our history, and I couldn’t be more excited as we start our next 40 years of business. I am as passionate as ever to grow Source because I know how good we are and feel so confident in how we bring solutions to help grow our clients’ businesses. If you want to be part of our story, whether as a client partner, team member, vendor or just a friend – we are open for business. Let’s begin the conversation. Please message me here or reach out directly via email at Lrothstein@sourcead.com.

One of the most exciting aspects of the Olympics is discovering sports we've never, or rarely, watched before. Every few years, we're introduced to events that captivate our attention and spark new interests. But why do these sports only seem to surface during the Olympic Games? Is it the rarity of these events that draws us in? Or is it the prestige and grandeur of the Olympics itself that makes them so intriguing? Imagine if these team handball, canoe slalom, table tennis, and countless others were available more often – would we still be as enthralled? The Olympics provide a unique platform that elevates lesser-known sports to global recognition. It's a testament to the power of the Games to bring diverse athletic pursuits into the spotlight, if only temporarily. What do you think? Would regular exposure to these sports sustain your interest, or does the Olympic context add that extra layer of allure? #Olympics #SportsDiscovery #SportsMarketing #SportsMedia

Thank you to the entire SEICon team- Adam J. Honig, Shawn Garrity, Tiffany Sorensen and plenty of others, for having me earlier this week at the inaugural conference in Las Vegas. I am looking forward to see what this team puts on next! Also a huge thank you to my fellow panelists Stuart Goldfarb, Kevin Rochlitz, and Alexa Huchingson for an incredibly engaging discussion around the past, present, and future of Naming Rights opportunities across sports and entertainment.

We are booking well into 4th quarter with many sporting events and holiday parties plus 2025 is already shaping up to be a great year! Visit playmeadowlands.com/party for details on our venue spaces and packages. And please reach out directly if I can assist you in bringing your next event to life.
