Happy National Healthy Eating Day from Sis, Let’s Do Brunch, and SousSHE! Today, we’re celebrating the power of nutritious, delicious food and how it fuels us—mind, body, and soul. At SousSHE, we believe that healthy eating goes beyond just what’s on the plate. It’s about honoring our bodies, building a strong foundation for wellness, and embracing the joy of eating mindfully. National Healthy Eating Day, sponsored by the American Heart Association (AHA) on the first Wednesday of each November, is part of its new nationwide program initiative called: My Heart. My Life. Healthy eating is essential for creating the vibrant, resilient lives we envision for ourselves and our sisters. So today, take a moment to savor the thought that when we feed our bodies well, we fuel our dreams. Here’s to a balanced, beautiful you! #HealthyEatingDay #SousSHE #SisLetsDoBrunch #NourishAndFlourish #FeedYourDreams

Soar Black Girl means more than just reaching for the stars. It’s a declaration of resilience, pride, and boundless potential for young Black girls everywhere. It’s about breaking barriers, honoring our heritage, and stepping boldly into spaces where we have long been underrepresented. Tonight, history shines brighter! For only the third and fourth time ever, two Black women were elected to the U.S. Senate. Congratulations, Lisa Blunt Rochester and Angela Alsobrooks!! As we celebrate these groundbreaking wins, we honor the first Black woman elected to the Senate, Carol Moseley Braun, and second, Madam Vice President Kamala Harris, the trailblazers who came before and paved the way. We are driven by a mission to inspire young Black girls to soar beyond limitations and stereotypes. With these groundbreaking wins, we witness a powerful message: leadership at the highest levels of government is not only possible for Black women but essential. Seeing faces like theirs in places of influence is a beacon for our girls—a reminder that they are worthy, capable, and have voices that can shape our world. To every young Black girl watching tonight: Your voice matters. Your dreams are valid. Soar Black Girl #HerLegacy #SoarBlackGirl #SousSHE

THIS ONE IS FOR THE GIRLS!!! For generations, women have fought tirelessly for the right to be heard, represented, and respected. This year, as we stand at the polls, we carry the dreams of those who paved the way and the hopes of future generations looking to us for leadership. At SousSHE, we’re doing our part to ensure that Black girls and women are represented, honored, and empowered to shape the policies that impact our lives. We’re committed to advocating for voices that reflect our experiences, strength, and vision. Every vote cast is a step toward a future where girls and women are trusted to do what is best for ourselves and our communities. Encourage your sisters, mothers, daughters, and friends to make their voices heard. This is about us. This is for us. 🖤 . #VoteForChange #RepresentationMatters #SousSHEVotes #EmpowerHerVoice #SoarBlackGirl
