Day 2 of the "Creating Healthy & Wealthy Communities" workshop was a tremendous success! A big thank you to all our attendees, speakers, and partners for making this event impactful and inspiring. We had incredible breakout sessions led by Sharon Chontos, Tracey McMahon, Rachel Oelmann, and Rachel Schartz, who shared valuable strategies on everything from reading RFPs and developing project budgets to evaluating program success. Your expertise truly helped shape the future of our communities! Special thanks to Rachel Schartz for her powerful keynote address on grant management, and to SD Department of Health Secretary Melissa Magstadt for delivering our closing remarks. This workshop wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication of our speakers, planning team, and everyone who contributed their time and energy to create such a collaborative environment.
