Our SSBT team volunteered with Food At First in Ames. Food At First is a local non-profit organization consisting of a daily Free Meal program and perishable food distribution. FAF is dedicated to providing meals to anyone who is struggling with hunger and food insecurity, no questions asked. FAF is always seeking volunteers to help package food for the community. We are privileged to partner with them to serve others. Thank you to those from SSBT who volunteered their time to this amazing organization. NATIONAL HOME FRONT HEROES DAY - May 9 Each year on May 9th, National Home Front Heroes Day honors millions of civilians, past and present, who provide support to service members from the home front. Dedicated heroes roll up their sleeves, support neighbors, communities, and our nation at home while our service members are abroad. Our current owners purchased the bank in 2019. In just a few short years (and the COVID year), we reached a momentous achievement. Our employees celebrated reaching $500,000,000 in loan production.
