The carriers I work with are capable of doing a lot of things but traveling from Grand Prairie, TX to Tyler, TX in one hour is not one of them🥴 As a hands-on dispatcher I have no issue speaking up on the behalf of any carriers I work exclusively with. Hello #friday never been so happy to see you!!! This week had its fair share of trials and tribulations. As a dispatcher you can dictate where your responsibility lies, this is what separates myself from most. My responsibilities don't end after a load is dispatched, I offer on the spot, live assistance, because my carriers are important to me. Faulty equipment? I got you. Receiver rejects a load? I got you. Flat tire in the midst of transport? I got you. Delays at pickup? I got you. Just need an ear to vent? I got you. All of this occurred this week but guess what? We still had a banging week! Despite the situations and circumstances that may arise, we pushed through!
