We are thrilled to announce that Rosalyn Gross, ARM, CPM has been promoted to property manager at Gallery Tower. Roz has been an integral part of our team since joining as a leasing specialist in 2004. Over the years, she has showcased her dedication and expertise, serving as assistant property manager and later as resident manager. After graduating from Leadership College in 2014 and being promoted to community manager a few years later, Roz spent time honing her operational and leadership skills. As she steps into her new role as Property Manager, we’re excited to see how she continues to make an impact. Congratulations, Roz!

Southern Management proudly sponsored the 4th annual campaign Our Streets, Our Future, a pivotal initiative aimed at reducing gun violence in Prince George's County, Maryland. This event was more than just a gathering; it was a step toward a safer and more secure future for our community. By partnering with community advocates, public safety agencies, and local leaders, we worked together to promote healthy lifestyles, offer employment resources, and provide valuable mentorship opportunities. Our holistic approach focuses on prevention, intervention, and prosecution, ensuring we address the root causes of gun violence while supporting those affected. From mental health resources to career training and social services, we are committed to providing the support our community needs. This event was a powerful opportunity to strengthen our #PrinceGeorgesCounty community and build essential connections. Southern Management is proud to sponsor the Prince George’s County Alsobrooks Summer Passport Experience once again! This nationally recognized, award-winning initiative by the National Association of Counties provides middle school students with incredible opportunities for education, entrepreneurship, and experience. Our signature course, "The Life You Want to Live," allowed students to dive into the leasing process, explore financial literacy, master marketing skills, and gain hands-on experience with maintenance alongside our expert team. We are honored to continue supporting our community and look forward to seeing these young individuals thrive. Together, we are making a difference!

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Delmi Coronel to property manager at Daniel's Run Apartment Homes. Delmi’s journey with Southern Management began in 2015. She started as a part-time leasing professional and quickly rose to assistant property manager within a year. Her dedication and passion led her to complete Southern Difference Institute and Leadership College, gaining invaluable experience along the way. In 2021, Delmi brought her expertise to various Southern Management communities as a leasing manager, and her exceptional performance earned her another promotion to assistant property manager shortly after. Delmi’s dedication and infectious enthusiasm have been instrumental to her success, and we are excited to see her continue to shine in her new role. Congratulations, Delmi!

Southern Management proudly upholds a legacy of education and growth with our annual Raising Stars scholarship program, helping to fund higher education and vocational schooling opportunities for the children of our team members. We would like to congratulate this year's 33 scholarship recipients who have demonstrated incredible talent and potential. With a total of $40,000 awarded in scholarships, these students are on their way toward a brighter future. It is an honor to be part of their educational journey, and we can’t wait to see the heights they will reach!
