Bojangles' Restaurants, Inc. is now officially serving in Sylacauga, AL, with Patrick Sullivan Jr. representing the landlord in this deal. Congrats to all involved! Big shoutout to Alex Benson, who helped Wingstop Restaurants Inc. bring their amazing wings to Gardendale with their newest store opening!

Meet Andrew! Andrew just joined Southpace Properties as an Associate Broker, bringing in over a year of experience in the industry. He graduated from The University of Alabama with a degree in Business Management and a focus on Entrepreneurship and Real Estate. Andrew is actively involved with the Alabama CCIM Chapter and ICSC. His focus is on retail tenant representation, working with top retail brands alongside Tyler Bradford. He’s eager to grow within the industry and build meaningful connections along the way.

Meet Alex Holt! Alex joins us as one of our new Property Managers. Alex is a recent graduate from Rollins College, joining Southpace Properties with a solid foundation from two summers as a property management intern. Currently pursuing his MBA at UAB, Alex is passionate about learning the ropes of commercial real estate while also coaching youth soccer at Vestavia. With a focus on teamwork and relationship-building, Alex is eager to grow and make an impact in the industry.

Ay Güey Taqueria & Bar has recently opened its first location at 39 Springville Station in Springville, AL, just 30 minutes from downtown Birmingham. This unique Mexican restaurant features a vibrant wrestling theme, adding a fun and distinctive flair to the dining experience. Meet Tyler Bradford, CCIM! Tyler brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, now stepping into the role of Director at Southpace to lead and support the brokerage team. His career began at Books-A-Million, where he rose to Vice President of Real Estate, building extensive market expertise and handling deals across major cities in the U.S. Now focused on retail brokerage and development, Tyler specializes in single-tenant properties and advises property owners on strategic decisions. With a passion for mentorship, he uses his industry knowledge to guide and teach young professionals. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending time with his family and planning their next adventure.
