✨Southtree Spotlight✨ Paula Trump, Business Operations Director, has been an integral part of the Southtree team for over 11 years. When asked about what Southtree means to her, Paula shared, "I have been here so long and it really means so much to me. We have grown so much in the time I’ve been here! As I look back over the years, knowing how much my input is valued and my efforts are appreciated has made me want to stay with Southtree. Having a job you enjoy is one of the best things in life! ✨Southtree Spotlight✨ Chuck Ogletree started Southtree Commercial in June of 1989. Since inception, Southtree has grown to encompass multiple entities, going above and beyond to serve clients by delivering meaningful, inspired projects of impact that create value in the community. When asked about what Southtree means to him and what is to come, Chuck shared, "For 35 years, Southtree has been a big part of my life and it's hard to remember a time when it wasn't. What you do for a living does not define who you are, but when you have been associated with a company for this long, it does become a significant part of your identity and life journey. I am extremely excited about the future of Southtree. We have always had great employees at Southtree and they have made us who we are today, but I am more excited about our future than I have ever been. The Team and the Culture that is being developed are giving us the essential components for long term success". Continuing education is crucial for any preconstruction team, especially when it comes to learning about processes like slab pours. Recently, our preconstruction team attended a slab pour at one of our ongoing projects.
