Today we're featuring three members of our team that joined SxT from Cenit Finance, a tokenomics simulator that is now part of the SxT product suite as Space and Tokens. Carlos Bort is an entrepreneur and data professional with over 10 years of experience in founding data companies, including Cenit Finance, Shalion, and Xplore AI. One of his proudest achievements is supporting the Ecuadorian government with data during the COVID-19 pandemic, a contribution featured in The Wall Street Journal. Alejandro Lanaspa is an entrepreneurial-minded professional with a deep passion for data science and AI. At Space and Time, he's excited to leverage his experience and collaborate with an incredible team to push the boundaries of blockchain and AI, creating groundbreaking advancements that will shape the future of decentralized technologies. Miguel Blanco Marcos specializes in data science and artificial intelligence. He previously led the development of the first no-code platform for simulating and testing token economies at Cenit Finance. He is passionate about bridging the gap between blockchain and AI, and is dedicated to developing groundbreaking products at the intersection of these technologies. We’re excited to share the latest Proof of SQL benchmarks, which show a ~40% increase in performance since the repo was made available on GitHub in June. You can now prove analytic queries against… 🟣 100k rows of data in 0.4 seconds 🟣 200k rows of data sub-second 🟣 1M rows of data in 1.2 seconds 🟣 100M rows of data in ~1 minute Full benchmarks available in the repo: spaceandtime.io/proofofsql Proof of SQL is the first sub-second ZK coprocessor (optimized specifically for SQL) that enables your smart contract to process data at the scale required to power your application in the time it needs to transact. We delivered this new primitive to expand the design space for devs to build data-driven experiences onchain, fully ZK-verified. Today, smart contract devs are building with their hands tied behind their backs, stuck with self-referential opcodes which can’t access even the most basic answers about activity onchain, which significantly limits the design space for onchain apps. Our ZK coprocessor enables a new generation of smart contracts that can ask complicated questions about activity on their own chain or other chains, and get back a ZK-proven answer next block.
