Welcome home, Col. Hague! NASA astronaut and U.S. Space Force Col. Nick Hague is helped out of a SpaceX Dragon spacecraft aboard the SpaceX recovery ship MV MEGAN after he and his #Crew9 crewmates landed in the water off the coast of Tallahassee, Fla., Tuesday. Hague returned to Earth following a six-month mission aboard the International Space Station. On Sept. 28, 2024, Hague became the first #Guardian to launch into space. 📡🤝 Power in numbers (enabled by space-based services)! 🛰️ This month the U.S. Army 💪 participated in a multi-national exercise in Norway that strengthened it's long-range fire capabilities in the Arctic and enhanced interoperability among NATO allies. During the exercise, Soldiers deployed M270A2 Multiple Launch Rocket Systems to conduct unit-level training in an environment that included frozen, snow-covered terrain. 🚀 The Space Force secures access to tools that provide our sister services and partners situational awareness that supports live-fire events like these.
