It's encouraging to see global retailers like #Zara recognize the potential of livestream #shopping in Western markets. As live shopping continues its global evolution, it remains critical that brands recognize the significant differences between China and the West (and similarly the US and UK) and tailor their strategy for each market in order to cater to unique consumer preferences and behaviors. Rather than build off of what works in China, by embracing a domestic test and learn approach, brands can achieve more effective and resonant shopping experiences for local audiences and maximize their success with this new channel.
