We had the pleasure of hosting and interviewing Simona De Ciero - Professional Journalist, Author and Corriere della Sera Contributor - for a meeting at Sparco Headquarters in Volpiano (TO), which involved our employees in a deep reflection on the theme of freedom of choice. Also through the narration of his book "Il diritto di scegliere," she led an open conversation among the employees, offering valuable insights underlying a stimulating discussion on the topic. Sparco was honored with this prestigious award during the annual Supplier Summit held at the McLaren Technology Centre in Woking, for the “Cost Efficiency” category. This award recognizes the proactive approach demonstrated to the Customer during the intense development phase of one of the most challenging projects to ever come out of Woking. Working tightly together with the Customer’s technical, quality and purchasing departments, we were able to leverage our vast wealth of experience and know-how, built along many years of challenges in the OEM market. The proposed solutions and optimizations met McLaren’s appreciation, for their significant contribution to the challenging technical and cost targets that a project of this caliber must reach, to be able to compete in a market of excellences. This achievement is the direct result of Sparco OEM’s commitment and expertise, developed over thirty years of work of a division which is highly specialized in Carbon Fiber and Sport Seats for Supercars and Hypercars; its day by day operations are involved in many series projects for the most prestigious car makers, but at the same time it remains continuously involved in special projects and limited editions, true to its racing roots. Yesterday we welcomed representatives from our top suppliers to McLaren Automotive’s annual Supplier Summit which focused on our shared commitment to quality, competitiveness, excellence in delivery and innovation.    The summit, which was held at the McLaren Technology Centre campus, laid the groundwork for an exciting next chapter of collaboration with some of our most valued supply-chain business partners.   The day culminated in an awards ceremony which celebrated the exceptional contributions of our top-performing suppliers.
