Our motto, "Helping people define, build, and enjoy prosperous lives" means different things to different people. For Trip Mackintosh, one of our long time clients, it meant spending more time in #Africa. After a career as a lawyer, Trip decided to draw on his decades of experience in Africa to become an author. On a recent break from working on his third novel, Trip got to reconnect with Qxatta, the man who inspired his second title, Rebuild the Moon.
I wanted to share with you the moment when I reconnected with Qxatta. It was remarkably moving, a highlight of my life. We had not seen each other for five years. You can see better than in the still photo his demeanor, his kindness. You can also see his joy when he realized that his picture was on the cover and inside the book.
