By also covering the installation costs, Shaw continues to further its commitment to making a positive impact in their community! Curtis Callaway, Sr. Director of Corporate Social Responsibility at Shaw Industries shared his thoughts on the project: “Thank you (Spectra Contract Flooring) for the good work this week! I went by the site yesterday, and the installation is beautiful! 📸 Community Spotlight: Employee Appreciation Event 👏 On June 26th, Spectra Contract Flooring, A Diverzify Company - Los Angeles & Orange County, had the honor of participating in the LA County Department of Health Services Employee Appreciation event at LAC-USC General Hospital. Mannington Commercial also came to support us and participate as well! Highlights: 🍖 Miguel Lara, Account Executive, set up and made all arrangements. 🍖 Jonathan Vogel, President of Spectra Los Angeles & Orange County, smoked 75 lbs of pulled pork and whipped up two types of BBQ sauce. 🍖 Donald Hampton, District Sales Manager from Mannington, smoked 40 lbs of brisket. We fed about 180 hardworking staff members with pulled pork and brisket sliders on Hawaiian rolls. This remarkable project, managed by Joshua Hansard (Account Executive) and Matilda Crear (Project Manager), transformed the Swexan Hotel with premium materials and expert craftsmanship. The collaboration with Harwood Design Factory and HDF, LLC resulted in a stunning upgrade featuring Thomas Benjamin Hardwood and Ulster Axminister Carpets. Despite supply chain challenges, the project was seamlessly executed, setting a new standard in hospitality design! 💪 Empowering Our Team at Diverzify We recently hosted our semiannual sales training session, bringing together new and seasoned associates from across our network. Our goal? To deepen understanding and enhance communication skills that forge successful relationships in business and life. When our longtime partner Layton Construction approached us amid changes in the project's dynamics, our dedicated Salt Lake City team, led by Candice Swainston and Mike Hess, stepped in. This journey commenced in early 2021, and three years later, we take great pride in our contribution to the rich history of this hospital.
