    We are hiring! Maintenance Engineer Qualifications 10-15 years of Experience working with electro-mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment; knowledge of plastics extrusion machines is a plus. Generalist technical experience with hydraulics, electro-mechanical, some exposure to electronics/PLC Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings required. Role covers electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic aspects of our extrusion, injection, and packaging workshops.   Responsibilities As our Maintenance Engineer in a human-sized fast paced environment, you'll offer hands-on expertise to help improve machine uptime; primarily we expect you to triage issues proactively: troubleshoot in house or if needed call on outside resources. Coordinate maintenance technician schedules for planned and unplanned activities and with department heads. You have before successfully set up tools and spares stores to ensure the team has what it needs. Build a planned maintenance on a limited scope of the plant (most likely, our Extrusion department during its planned shutdown) then grow Planned maintenance later. Benefits Salary: up to $80k base depending on experience and profile  Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k w/ 3% match, PTO, Holidays Typical Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (flexibility may be possible) Key success factors:  Proactive. Because today we have problems, but we are slow and ineffective at diagnosing root cause and finding a solution. You must be client-service oriented and have a passion to meet and exceed expectations. Analytical skills. To be able to be in front of the machine and identify problems properly. You can read machine drawings, follow the flow, and find the components that are failing. Hydraulic knowledge. Injection molding machines are hydraulic, and this knowledge is greatly appreciated. You are a problem solver; you are organized and will bring sufficient skills in people management and Planned Maintenance to help us lift our Maintenance team.
