Today SPINNOVA®announced its H1 2024 results. The highlights of the period included the Letter of Intent (LOI) signed with our partner Suzano regarding plans for a 20kt wood-based production facility, updated strategy and targets as well as commercial product launches with brand partners BESTSELLER and Luhta Sportswear Company. Major milestones were reached also after the period by signing a LOI with ECCO about our joint venture Respin's leather-waste based fibre's future production scaling and commercialisation plans and the strategic partnership agreement with Valmet, who will deliver main equipment for future factories. SPINNOVA® and Valmet have signed a Partnership Agreement regarding the delivery of process equipment for Spinnova’s customers. According to the agreement, Spinnova has appointed Valmet as the exclusive partner to supply process equipment to Spinnova's technology customers. The exclusivity is limited in time and scope and includes an exclusivity fee based on realized project deliveries. Spinnova does not expect this to have a material impact on its 2024 financials.
