It’s time to share a little bit about our team.   And I don’t mean my Chief Connection Officer,   Or my Chief Support Officer.     (links in the comments if you missed those posts)    I mean the founding team behind the scenes of Splendr.     Let’s start with my co-founder.    I’m not going into specifics, because he has an AMAZING day job.     But his contributions are significant,   And this context is important.     ▶ My Co-founder & CTO:    → Has over 20 years of experience leading tech teams  → Was Head of Product & Engineering for a start-up acquired by Microsoft  → Leads several engineering teams at Microsoft focused on advancing genAI  → Is not only an expert in his field but also my life partner, and dedicated dad to two kids and our CCO, Baxy    ️▶ I'm also going to use this moment to tell you a little about me:     → A lawyer for over 15 years, starting at an international law firm  → Spent almost a decade in-house, including within large enterprise  → Former GC of a tech company, taking it through exit to a global unicorn  → Entrepreneur at 💙 → from groups, to networks, to startup ideas, I’ve always been a builder    We've not only built software that solves many of the pain points I experienced both in private practice and in-house,    But we continue to prove to our customers (and ourselves):    We can build anything.     But we’re doing this bootstrapped and grassroots style,     So to everyone who is supporting us, including through  → Likes  → Comments  → Reposts  → Referrals    Thank you.    It has a direct, positive impact on our growth,  And it means more to us than you can imagine.    We love having you with us on this journey.   --------------------------------------------------------    If you’re not already, follow us at Splendr - AI-Powered Legal Technology. #legaltech #genai #womenintech  

Teaching myself how to golf was a business decision.     I decided during my business undergrad that,   if deals were made on the golf course,   I wanted to give myself a chance to be there.     I wanted to put myself in the game.    I wanted to show that women should be out there too.    My form is far from perfect.   My arms are too close to my body.   But after more than 15(!) summers of practice,  I can step up to the tee box with confidence,   And bomb it down the fairway.     Just like when I started golfing,   There are very few women building legal tech.    So just wanted to take this moment and say:    Hi guys 👋  I’m here to play. One thing you're likely missing If you’re writing with ChatGPT:          Authenticity.     And authenticity beats fluff, every time.     The other thing:     If you’re not careful, it’s obvious that you wrote with AI.     It has tells.     I see them in people’s writing all the time and have a little cringe.    I’ve also fallen into this trap.     We originally used it to draft our company page.    But then I realized:     → It doesn’t reflect who we are  → It sounds like all the other fluff on here  → It goes against how I want to show up, on and off of Linkedin    So it got an overhaul this weekend.     No hype. No fluff.
