New grads... wondering what questions to ask during an interview? Here are 3 "must ask" questions to get you started: 1. Why do you continue to work for this company? 2. At the conclusion of my first year, how would you define success for me? 3. What is one area that your company is looking to improve and how are they addressing this? We know the interview process can be stressful and we hope this helps and guides some of your question asking as you weigh your options. Interested in learning more about opportunities at Spooner? Sick of crunches and sit-ups with no results or functional carry-over to your activities? Try these Powerband core exercises specifically formulated to be in functional, standing positions that maximize core stability and optimize power utilization at your trunk. 💪 Powerband Press Down with March: Pull the band down from overhead, tuck your ribs down toward your pelvis, and maintain that position while marching slowly. 💪 Powerband Chop: Keeping arms extended away from your body, rotate from high to low, taking care to tuck your ribs down toward your pelvis at the end of the motion. 💪 Powerband Single Leg Pallof Press: Maintaining a tummy contraction, balance on one leg then press the band slowly away from your body, resisting the rotation of the band on your trunk. Brought to by Garrett Wasson, clinic director and physical therapist at Spooner Desert Ridge. #CoreTraining #FunctionalFitness #PowerbandExercises #PhysicalTherapy #CoreStability #FitnessTips #movebetter #feelbetter #performbetter #spooner
